- Register once as a Doubles team
- Round robin then single elimination
- CNP requires a waiver from every player. Please complete the following and have your playing partner do the same prior to the tournament. Waiver - St Charles, MO (reservecnp.com)
- If necessary, CNP will provide you with equipment at no cost
- FUN tournament
- Space is limited
- All proceeds will go the St. Charles County Salvation Army Shelter
- Player should be 18 and older
