I bet you haven’t laughed like this in months and will feel lighter afterward!

Join us for a fun and rejuvenating session of Laughter Yoga at the Shelley Lake Fishing Pier's top seating area! This event is all about spreading positivity and laughter through simple scream therapy, deep breathing exercises, Laughter Yoga, clapping, stomping, shaking, and playful activities. No yoga mat is needed, and no experience is required.

Bring an open mind and a willingness to laugh! We will have a play session for 35 minutes and then chat while we walk around Shelley Lake. Every part of the excursion is optional.

What's included:

20 Restorative Play Sessions at Shelley Lake during the 2026 season.

Guests are welcomed for $5 per session, which must be paid before the event starts (Eventbrite ticket or Cash App). Children 12 and over are welcome. Please arrive 10 minutes early. Try to be early because we will start on time, and I will not be available to answer the phone. Thanks.

Parking: Parking options are highlighted in yellow (see map). The Fishing prier area is circled in blue. We will be in the top seating area of the fishing pier.

Option #1 - 1400 West Millbrook Road is the direction to the Sertoma Arts Center. If you park there, follow the signs to the fishing pier. You can take the steps down or walk the path around.

Option #2: If you park at the second lot below the lake, walk up Millbrook Rd toward the gate and lake, go down the hill, and follow the sign toward the fishing pier.
