The Third Eye Chakra , located center of the forehead, is essential for
balancing your inner guidance and thought process. It is also the center for
Psychic consciousness and wisdom, dreams, and insight.
Affects: Evaluates your intentions and accurate intuitive decisions about
your career, family and other people. Helps balance the brain and
neurological system. It aids in you having a clear sense of direction and
clarity, of having a ‘knowing’ without knowing how you know that!
If you're out of balance, it may manifest in the following ways.
Too Much:
You are judgmental and overly analytical. You will experience frequent
mental fog and anxiety. Easily overwhelmed mentally, and prone to
excessive daydreaming. Excessive energy to this center can lead to
paranoia or delusions.
Too Little:
You feel lost and unable to make clear choices. You are indecisive,
uncommitted and unconfident with making a choice because of past
mistakes. Your true purpose is unclear to you, you often get tension
headaches around the brow area. Lack of concentration, fear of the
unknown, and unable to see past illusions are all signs of an under balance
in this chakra.
