Serenity in Stillness is an invitation to honor this seasonal rhythm—offering you a cocoon of warmth, quiet, and care.In this 2-hour immersive experience, Angela will guide you through deeply restorative yoga poses designed to release tension, soothe the nervous system, and replenish your energy. Each posture will be supported with blankets and props, encouraging you to settle in as though nestling into a winter den. Live soundscapes—featuring singing bowls, chimes, gongs, and soft drumming—will weave through the practice, creating a gentle resonance that harmonizes body, mind, and spirit. 

This workshop is a sanctuary for anyone seeking relief from stress, a deeper connection with self, or simply a chance to rest and be held by the stillness of the season. No prior yoga experience is required. Come as you are, and leave feeling cocooned, renewed, and aligned with winter’s quiet wisdom.
