Serene Saturdays is an intimate sound bath experience designed to help you slow down, release stress, and reconnect with yourself. Through the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, guided meditation, and mindful breathing, you'll be invited into a space of deep relaxation and nervous system restoration.

Whether you're looking to unwind after a busy week or simply create more space for yourself, this experience is for you.

Just yourself, a blanket if you'd like extra warmth, and a bottle of water. Yoga mats are provided. Feel free to bring a pillow or bolster for additional comfort.

🌿 Space is limited to keep each session intimate. Reserve your spot and give yourself permission to pause, breathe, and reset.

Late Arrival & No-Show Policy

We value your time, our facilitators’ time, and the intentional space we create for each offering. Please plan to arrive 10–15 minutes early to allow time for parking, check-in, and settling in.

Guests arriving more than 15 minutes after the scheduled start time will be considered a NO-SHOW and will not be permitted to enter or participate in the offering.

No-shows and late arrivals beyond the 15-minute grace period are not eligible for refunds, credits, transfers, or rebooking.

If you are unable to attend, we kindly ask that you notify us as soon as possible. By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
