This in-person event at HQ is all about unwinding, crafting, and resetting your energy. Enjoy refreshments and take home a gift! Whether you’re looking to relax or make something beautiful, come hang out and let your creativity shine!

You will have a streamlined craft workshop taught by Jessie, followed by a guided meditation and sound bath by Barb. Ayanna will be hosting you at the arts and crafts table and a refrence point for guidance throughout the event.
