Join us for our September Wellness Walk at the beautiful Creve Coeur Lake Loop — an easy, scenic trail perfect for fresh air, movement, and connection.
📍 Meeting Spot: Tremayne Shelter, Creve Coeur Lake Memorial Park
📌 GPS Address: 13725 Marine Ave, Maryland Heights, MO 63043
🚗 Carpool Encouraged: Help save parking spaces and ride with a friend if possible!
🕘 Arrive by: 9:00 AM to check in, mingle, and get ready

🥤 Post-Walk: Gather under the pavilion for light snacks, water, and community time
