I need a class of 5 to participate in my non contact mixed martial arts group workout class at the Maryland Heights YMCA, if you are available please respond as Interested! I might not need everyone who is able to go, but I will possibly need help again if I need to resubmit my video.
What you need to bring-

Just yourself and plenty of water. Wear something comfortable and breathable. I like shorts and a sports bra for this type of class to stay cool, and shoes that provide good support for balance work.
