Join us at the Madison Circus Space for a month of swing dancing instruction!
⏱️6:30-7:45PM: Level 1 - Charleston Fundamentals
📍Location: Lower Studio
Prerequisites: None

Cost: $40
The Charleston is the forerunner to Lindy Hop and is a blast to do once you learn the basics. Come and dance with us as we introduce you to the footwork and the techniques to let your Charleston shine both solo and partnered – and don’t be afraid to get warm doing it! This class is a prerequisite for many other Jumptown classes. No partner or experience required.
⏱️8:00-9:00PM: Level 2 - Lindy Classics
📍Location: Lower Studio
Prerequisites: Level 1 Classes (6-count, 8-count, Charleston Fundamentals)

Cost: $40
In this class, we’ll build on the foundations we laid in level 1 and explore some common Lindy Hop shapes and stylings you’ll encounter on the dance floor. We’ll explore Texas Tommy, swivels, Minne Dip, skater position, and more while making it an integrated part of our flow.
