September Sound Bath

Take some time out for yourself at one of the busiest times of year + embrace the slowing of the seasons with this sound bath + guided meditation session. Get comfortable and lay (or sit) back as Marie guides you into a deeply restful state using himalayan singing bowls and other instruments.

After the sound bath you'll be guided through a relaxing yoga nidra meditation to help relieve any lingering tension from the physical + energetic bodies. The perfect way to enter meditative states, have some 'me time' and switch off, no meditation experience is required (this is a great introduction to meditation).

This is suitable for everybody 16+ except pregnant folk.

Please bring a yoga mat to lie on, a blanket, cushion and anything else that makes you feel comfy ie eye pillow.

There is free parking on site + toilet facilities.
