Black Country Mindfulness and Relaxation Parent support group

Join us for a one-off session of Mindfulness and relation for parents with autistic children. This will include a talk and presentation on mental health and wellbeing for parents with autistic children.

There will Be two autism specialist advisers there to support on the day. This is a free group for parents and carers of autistic children within the Black Country.

Light refreshments are provided.

Numbers are limited and places need to be pre booked to allow staff to support you effectively. We look forward to meeting you at Graiseley Hub in Wolverhampton.
