Next MINI RETREAT is Saturday, Sept 27 ! If you’re in major need of a deep physical, emotional, and mental rise out, this mini retreat is for you! I’ve designed my day retreats to give you the maximum release in the shortest amount of time, so you can get that reset you need without taking a whole weekend out ♥️Your retreat in the Northern Beaches runs from 10am - 3pm and INCLUDES:
• 2hr full body unwind looking out over the water to leave you feeling massaged from head to toe
• delicious homemade vegetarian lunch
• afternoon walk to Clareville Beach for a beachside Yoga Nidra full body guided relaxation - if it’s too chilly we’ll stay at home for our Yoga Nidra relaxation
• 1hr seated and reclined practice to unwind any lingering tension so you go home feeling completely released!
Please note that the group is capped at 10 so pre bookings are essential, and that once your spot is booked payments are non refundable ❤️
