As a team we have collaborated together presenting a unique opportunity for individuals to explore stress and anxiety relief at our inspired wellness festival.
Experience introductory mini workshops with modalities that are unique to Ikigai such as, FasciaFlow Movement, focusing on fascia and breath, as well as workshops featuring 9D breathwork journeys, Reiki, for anxious minds, and discussions on gut health relating to the ancient Ayurvedic principles.
We are passionate about supporting the body to heal itself. Our vision is to bring people together to reconnect collectively and raising the vibrations that resonates into the community having a ripple effect with the hope of spreading more compassion & positivity.
