Join me for this deeply relaxing and nurturing practice. Online classes will include: simple meditation and breath work, gentle movement to support healthy joints, and supported rest.All levels and abilities are welcome and supported in this practice. Experience profound stress relief, and surface with a deeper sense of embodiment and ease that comes from tuning in to the wisdom of your own body.
Program fee (4 week series): $64
Date & Time: Wednesdays, 9/4-9/25 at 10:00-11:00 am PDT
Classes will be recorded (only the teacher video will show on the recording) and will be available to registered students to view for one week following each class. Downloads will not be permitted.
