The night is bright, the moon is full, and it's a great night for a hike! Come with us to wander the park at night and experience the woods in a fun, new way as we navigate only by the light of the full moon and stars above!September's full moon is called the Corn Moon! September is often a time of harvesting a large amount of crops, and farmers would rely on the light of this full moon to continue harvesting into the night. Many years, this moon is the Harvest Moon, but the Harvest Moon falls in October this year due to its closer proximity with the Fall Equinox.
The fee for this guided hike is $5 per person.
