The next gathering of Wirral Filling Station will be at Hope Church, Station Rd, Hoylake at 7;15 for 7;30pm Thursday September 18th.
We are delighted to welcome Dave Sharples MBE to Wirral Filling Station for his first visit. Dave and his wife Steph went to university in Liverpool and were part of Frontline Church Wavertree where the children's club he ran developed into Kidz club - a national ministry. Known affectionately as "Captain Dave" in Toxteth, he has lived the life of an urban missionary focussing particularly on youth issues. Dave also ran a citywide youth event "Space Liverpool", and a mentoring project "Mighty Men". He continues to direct the evangelistic ministry the4Points, equipping churches and ministries for mission www.the4points.com. His message is entitled "Sharing the Hope of Jesus".
