Join me for an uplifting experience of frame drumming to support your health & well being. I will lead you in a range of interactive exercises that connect you to the medicine of the drum. No experience required.
Date - 18th Sept - Time - 7-8pm
IMPORTANT - this event is not advisable for people with epilepsy (specifically sound induced), 1st trimester of pregnancy & severe mental health conditions. Age restricted to 16 years plus
