September 13th BreastFest ~ "Releasing and Leaning into Grief, Love and Healing"
Join us for an interactive presentation as guest speaker, Alexandra Pribilovics, Grief and Resilience Coach, shares with us her passion for empowering people to navigate grief and loss and helping them to connect deeply within to cultivate self-compassion and develop their heart intelligence, emotional intelligence, and mindfulness skill sets.
BreastFest is held on the second Saturday of the month from 8:30 am to 10:30 am at Black Bear Diner at 2401 Harbor Blvd. in Ventura. The restaurant provides separate checks for each person. Coffee or tea is provided as a welcome to you!
