Guided Birding Walk at the Hayden Preserve

Join us for an exclusive birding experience at VLT's private Hayden Preserve. This small preserve straddles an ephemeral section of Canada Larga Creek, and is a great spot for beginner birders.

Hats are strongly recommended and water is a good idea, as of course, are binoculars. Beginners are strongly encouraged to participate and all are welcome.

Kris has led more than 500 bird-walks in Ventura and Los Angeles Counties and has seen almost 800 species in the United States - 117 at VLT's Harmon Canyon alone.

Parking: There will be limited free parking in the preserve and along the street.
