Sept. 2026 Homebuyer Education Class

Join us for our Sept. 2026 Homebuyer Education Class. This is a wonderful opportunity for first time homebuyers to become familiar with the process and to find out what they need to do to get in a position to buy. The class is free but you must register to attend and must attend *both* Saturday sessions to get your certificate.
In the first session of the class, you will hear from HUD certified housing counselors and we will go over budgeting, saving, credit reports, and more. In the second session of the class, you will hear from industry professionals: a lender, realtor, insurance rep and title rep.
The class will take place at in the River's Edge Community Room, 570 Fitzwater St., Salisbury, MD 21801 on Sept. 19th and 26th from 9am - 1pm. *You must attend both sessions to get your certificate.*
