SENSUAL SOMATIC FLOW with Laurin
Wednesdays 5:15-6:30pm

Sensuality meets Somatics in this unique and fluid-focused class!
Discover flowing, meditative movements to dissolve tension in your joints and tissues, letting your body lead the way. Explore building strength and mobility in your joints and at the end range of your movements to keep your body flexible long-term. And find simple somatic tools that you can use daily to create greater capacity in your nervous system, leading to a calmer mind and body. Paired with slow, sensual music and deep rhythmic breathing, you'll leave each class feeling grounded and refreshed!
Open to all levels, suitable for those with limited mobility.
