About the facilitator:
"Hey yโall! Iโm Nat, mover, dance aficionada, graphic designer, and curious artist. Dance is my first language, my medicine, and the way I translate my inner world into funky, playful movement.
Over the years, Iโve learned from incredible teachers in street styles and Latin rhythms, while also exploring the quiet wisdom of listening to the body. Sensual movement has gifted me the practice of slowing down, tuning in to my own thoughts, stepping into security, and pursuing my dreams.
In these sessions, I bring the passion carried in my Colombian bones, the wisdom of music as the true teacher, and a love for creating combos that are both soulful and silly.
My goal? To share the tools that have helped me move with confidence, connect deeply with myself, and unlock not just โmoves,โ but your your unique ๐ฅ๐ข๐ฏ๐ค๐ฆ๐ฑ๐ณ๐ช๐ฏ๐ต.
This space is for curiosity, play, and finding joy in your own sensual expression.
