Join us for an intimate evening at Groundswell Yoga in Annapolis for a transformative workshop, Sensual Connection for Couples—an experience designed to deepen your bond and awaken sensuality between you and your partner.

In this guided evening, you will:

• Be gently introduced to the art of slow, sensual connection.
• Explore mindful communication techniques that help both partners slow down and savor the present moment.

• Engage in sensory exploration, rediscovering the power of touch, sight, sound, and scent in your relationship.
