Join us for a slow, guided outdoor journey designed to quiet the mind and ground the body. This experience invites you to fully engage with your surroundings. You will pause to listen to the canopy rustling, feel the textures of rough bark and soft moss, breathe in the aromas of damp earth, and notice the shifting patterns of natural light. It is a restful, refreshing opportunity to unplug, reduce stress, and rebuild your connection to the natural world. We will participate in one collaborative science project relating to sound.
