LAKE QUEST is a weekend of To-Shin Do self-defense and martial arts training, spirit-building, meditation, wilderness survival, fieldcraft, camping, and community gathering right on beautiful Falls Lake near Raleigh, North Carolina. (Our campsite is just 15 minutes from the Quest Raleigh dojo!)There's no better place to study natural movement than in nature itself. Let's get outside and train!

For this year's event participants are invited to show up anytime on Friday for a leisurely setup of their campsite and time to socialize, with some warm-up training and workshops offered Friday evening. Saturday morning arrival is also welcome, but training will begin before noon and we've got a full day planned!
Sunday will include training and black belt testing. We'll wrap up in the afternoon, but there's no deadline for packing up except the sun going down!
Tickets are $199 per participant.
This event is open to To-Shin Do practitioners of all ranks. Youth ages 8+ are welcome to attend with a parent or guardian. (Parent/Guardian must also purchase a ticket for themselves, whether they are training or not as our site has a set capacity and this event sells out!)
Our site is just 35 minutes from the RDU airport and 15 minutes from hotels. Camping on site is not required to participate. Feel free to contact [email protected] with questions about best options for off-site accommodations.
