Sensory Journey: Awakening the Senses - Southlake

Sensory Journey: Awakening the Senses is a 2-hour immersive workshop designed to deepen awareness and connection through smell, hearing, touch, sight, and taste. Participants will engage in guided experiences such as scent meditation, sound healing, mindful touch, gaze practice, and a mindful eating ceremony. This journey helps calm the nervous system, enhance intuition, and cultivate presence. The workshop concludes with reflection and integration, leaving participants feeling grounded and awakened to the beauty of their senses.  

Some very gentle movement will take place during workshop.

Sound bath journey at the end for final relaxation.

Fun, laid back event, exploring all our senses.

Dress comfortable. Bring your blanket or anything you need to be comfortable on yoga mat (we do have yoga mats and bolsters but limited on supplies so best to bring your own)

Arrive 15 minutes early to get setup. No entry after we begin.
