Join us for 6 weeks of playful and engaging kids' yoga class designed to spark imagination, build confidence, and encourage mindfulness! Through fun poses, interactive games, stretching, explore movement, balance, and relaxation. This class is perfect for ages 7-13.
No prior yoga experience is needed.
