Join us for Jonesborough’s first-ever Sensory Easter Egg Hunt, designed for individuals of all ages with disabilities or those who need a calmer, slower-paced environment. Enjoy a relaxed and inclusive afternoon filled with fun activities, all tailored to meet sensory needs.4:00 PM – Event Check-In & Welcome:
🐣Meet our event volunteers and sensory-friendly support team.
🐣Enjoy a quiet welcome space for transitions and adjustments.
5:00 PM – Sensory Easter Egg Hunt (Multiple Hunt Zones Available):
🥚 Designated hunting areas based on sensory preferences:
🥚 Quiet Zone: Minimal noise, smaller groups, no loud surprises.
🥚 Traditional Egg Hunt Zone: Slower-paced and spread out.
🥚 Eggs will be filled with small toys, stickers, and sensory-friendly treats (no candy).
Activities (All throughout the Park):
🐰Create your own Easter-themed sensory art project.
🐰Decorate a wooden Easter egg with paint, stickers, and textured materials.
🐰Bunny mask-making with soft and textured supplies.
🐰Bubble Zone: Relax and enjoy gentle, floating bubbles.
🐰Bean Bag Bunny Toss: A fun and interactive tossing game.
🐰Soft Play Area: A designated space for movement and calm play.
🐰Enjoy light refreshments, including allergy-friendly snacks.
🐰Take photos with our friendly, non-costumed Easter Bunny.
Families are encouraged to bring their own sensory supports if needed.
Volunteers will be available throughout the event for assistance.
