The mind- body connection begins with our senses. In heels dance, being attuned to the sensations throughout the body in relations to the pole, floor and heels is essential.
In SENSES, students will focus on reconnecting with their sensory experiences as a foundation for movement.
Dancer will explore their natural awareness through a core sequence and various techno and drills designed to enhance this reconnection to the body.
Level: intermediate
90 minutes
