In this workshop, we will start with a guided warm up focusing on specific muscle groups for heels dance. We will progress into a sequence, beginning with the fundamental mechanics of each transition and gradually advancing to more complex progressions.
Throughout the session, we will practice the full sequence to various musical selections.
Towards the end of the class, we will use this sequence as framework for a freestyle exploration. The workshop concludes with a debriefing session and a cool- down stretch.
