Senior's Social: Arabic Calligraphy for Seniors

Discover and learn the basics about the art of Arabic Calligraphy. An overview of the details of writing Arabic calligraphy will be provided then participants will be introduced to the basic strokes and guided to making an end piece to take home.
Gain cultural appreciation for the 1400 year old traditional skill of Arabic writing during this relaxing and stress-free activity while improving fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination and patience. Light refreshments will be available.
