About this Event
Hands-on tutorials to help build skills required in Precision Child Health, data science and bioinformatics. The training is prepared for staff and trainees at SickKids and beyond by the Centre for Computational Medicine (CCM).
This is a hybrid event offered both in-person and online.
This is a quick introduction to free resources for analyzing protein sequences and structures from basic operations to AI powered analysis.

- Programmatic access to sequences, structures and information
- Tools for structure prediction, generation and search
- Introducing Benchmate, an open-source tool for data aggregation
