Each session includes low-impact strength training, gentle stretching, and practical movement exercises that support everyday actions—like walking, bending, reaching, and getting up and down with greater ease.

Along the way, you can expect to:

  • Build strength that supports your day-to-day life
  • Improve balance and reduce your risk of falls
  • Increase flexibility and mobility
  • Feel more confident in how your body moves
  • Connect with others in a positive, supportive group

The class is led by Coach Val of VF Health & Fitness Solutions, a certified fitness professional who brings a thoughtful, encouraging approach to strength training and wellness.

Open to adults 55+ (and any older adults looking to improve strength, mobility, and balance). All fitness levels are welcome.

Participants should be able to engage in light to moderate physical activity.

Reserve your spot in advance and take a step toward moving with strength and confidence.
