Senior Sound Bath

This is a sound bath for seniors (60+). There is no cost to join, but a donation is accepted. Space is limited, so RSVP is required. Use the ticket link to submit your RSVP. The sound bath will include gongs, crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, and other sound healing instruments. A short guided meditation starts you on your journey and then the sounds and vibrations of the gongs and bowls lead you on your way to a relaxed state of wellbeing. You may bring your own yoga mat, blanket, and any other items for your comfort, or I have mats and blankets you can use. The sound bath begins at 2:00. Doors open at 1:30. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to get settled in. ***DIRECTIONS*** Please note that Google directions are incorrect. From 89A go to the light and turn on Zalesky Rd into the RV park. Then turn left and go to the end of the gravel road to the ECO Community Center.
