Join us for a free Stop the Bleed training course taught by Adal Lopez, Chief Flight Paramedic for Northern Arizona Healthcare.
In a severe bleeding emergency, the actions taken in the first few minutes can mean the difference between life and death. This hands-on course teaches participants how to recognize life-threatening bleeding and take immediate action until emergency medical professionals arrive.
Participants will learn:
• How to identify life-threatening bleeding
• Proper direct pressure techniques
• Wound packing methods
• Tourniquet application and use
• How to respond confidently during an emergency
Whether you're a parent, coach, teacher, first responder, outdoor enthusiast, or simply someone who wants to be better prepared, this class provides practical skills that can save lives.
No prior medical experience is required.
