🌟 Join Us for a Health & Wellness Overview! 🌟Take charge of your health with an overview based on the evidence-based Chronic Disease Self-Management program, supported by Encompass Community Supports. Whether you’re managing pain, diabetes, arthritis, or simply want to improve your well-being, this session will cover important topics like healthy eating, exercise, communication, relaxation, and more.
The session will be led by Bonnie Vermillion, a certified Group Exercise Instructor with Senior Fitness training. Bonnie is also a Master Trainer for Chronic Disease Self-Management, Matter of Balance, and Healthy-Steps, and an instructor for Walk with Ease programs. With 40 years of experience in the Fauquier/Culpeper area, Bonnie is dedicated to helping our community live healthier lives.
