👟 Senior Walk with Ease & Healthy-Steps Overview! 🎶Looking for fun ways to stay active? Join us for an overview of two amazing programs:
Walk with Ease – An Arthritis Foundation evidence-based program that provides tips on stretching, proper footwear, and hydration while walking.
Healthy-Steps – A fun, low-impact exercise program that can be done seated or standing, and to any music you love!
Leading the session is Bonnie Vermillion, a Certified Group Exercise Instructor and Senior Fitness expert. Bonnie is also a Master Trainer for Chronic Disease Self-Management, Matter of Balance, and Healthy-Steps. With 40 years of local experience, she’s excited to share these wellness tips with you!
