Hi everyone!It is soon time for CROC's semester meeting.
We meet Wednesday 21/1 at 18:00. We will meet at "sandlådan", the space between the M-building and the EDIT-house. Feel free to send us a message or ask in the facebook group if you're unsure about the location From there we will walk together to the meeting room. The room will also be announced on facebook (in the event) right before the the meeting starts.
1. Staying a member
In order for you not to lose your RS time in the schedule, at least one representative per band must attend the meeting. In recent meetings we have not enforced this properly and have allowed for members to message us via messenger in order to keep their times. PHYSICAL PRESENCE WILL BE ENFORCED HARDER THAN PREVIOUSLY. Only in rare circumstances will we allow a band to keep their slot. This member is responsible for passing on the info of the meeting to the rest of his/her band members. If this is not possible, you must tell us before the meeting. This is done via messenger to our Facebook page.
2. Becoming a member
To join CROC, at least one member of your band must attend the meeting. This member will represent your band, choose your time slot and get the access to the rehearsal. If you want a second member with access, he/she must also attend the meeting. On the meeting you’ll have to sign a contract agreeing to our rules, provide us with access information and also the names of the rest of the band members.
