What To Expect:

Creating meaningful connections, a beginner-friendly heels taster session (all levels welcome), beverages, thoughtfully curated goodie bags, and exciting raffle prizes to be won!

Formerly known as Selfgrowth Dance, it feels only right to step into this next chapter as our community continues to evolve beyond dance alone. What began in the studio has grown into so much more —this is a space to be seen, heard, rediscovered, and supported through every stage of our journey.

As we approach three years of Selfgrowth, l'm deeply grateful for every woman who has walked through these doors, trusted the process, and helped shape this community into what it is today.
