Self Love Walking Club

Join us for our Self Love Walking Club! Let's get our bodies moving while we build one another up.

Meet: 9:00 AM

Stretching: 9:10 AM

Walk Duration: 9:10 AM - 10:45 AM

Route: We'll be doing a loop from The Hook County Park to Moran Lake Beach (Approx. 1.8 Miles total)

ALL FITNESS LEVELS ARE WELCOME.

Space is limited. Please RSVP only if you can attend. If your plans change, please cancel your ticket so we can accommodate more guests.

What to bring: Plenty of water, sunscreen/SPF moisturizer, and Terra & Self deodorant to stay feeling fresh.

Parking: Parking is available at the Pleasure Point Parking lot next to The Hook County Park address. The parking lot is small, but there is plenty of street parking in the neighboring residential area. Please plan to arrive early to find parking, considering our meeting time is in the middle of the day on a Sunday.

Bathrooms: Bathrooms are located next to the parking lot if you need to use the restroom before or after our walk.

Food/Drinks: If you forget a water bottle or plan to eat afterwards, there are restaurants just down the road from our location. Things to try: Pleasure Point Pizza, and Verve Coffee. There is also a convenience store right next to Pleasure Point Pizza where you can grab a water bottle or quick snack.

Dogs Allowed: Bring your friendly dogs along for the walk to get their exercise as well!

Info: Please arrive within our check-in time as we will be beginning promptly at 9 AM.

Don’t forget to bring sunscreen, a hat, a filled water bottle, comfortable walking clothes and shoes.

Info: Introduce yourself to the rest of the group and share one fun fact about yourself, followed by a 5 minute stretching session to get our bodies moving and ready to walk.

Info: Get to know one another with questions while we walk together from The Hook County Park to Moran Lake Beach and back.

Info: Wrap up our day sharing appreciations and a small give away.
