These will be nice gentle breathing exercises, grounding meditation, sound bath, sometimes bringing moon energies and maybe some collaborations 👀
I really want to focus on self worth this side of the year as we reach the Autumn Equinox as we go more within.
I’m currently looking at ticketing options so you can just book online 😊
