This month we will be looking at Qigong meets Quantum Physics a fascinating discussion for sure. We will have Sue Keady focusing on the Qigong and Karen Martyniuk sharing about Quantum Physics.

This month our session in Whelley is going to be looking at Qigong meets Quantum Physics, which you might think is way above your head, but you will learn, that it is all about the connectedness of all things, so not that scary or sciencey after all.

What is Qigong?
This is the art of channelling energy within the body (Qi, Ki, Chi) to bring tranquility and calmness through a moving meditation practice.
Qigong is a spiritual healing practice that works on a deep energetic level within the body and affects all internal functions of the body. We practice healing using this cosmic consciousness and the interconnectedness of all things to bring healing to the body.
What is Quantum Physics?
Quantum physics is the study of matter and energy. It aims to understand the relationship and interconnectedness of all things and uncover the properties and behaviours of the building blocks of nature.
Quantum science aims to reveal how everything in the universe is connected to everything through higher dimensions that our senses cannot understand.
Quantum science is discovering that everything from the tiniest subatomic electron to the outermost stars in a galaxy far away are somehow energetically connected.
In spiritual beliefs across the world, this interconnectedness is known as oneness, or cosmic consciousness.
What is the link between Quantum Physics and Qigong?
Quantum physics is the study of energy and matter. The body is a vehicle of light, energy and matter, it is therefore a cosmic being and connected to the universal energy of all things.
Qigong is the practice of using energy to heal the body through stimulation of its internal energy systems
