✨️ Join me for a blissful SOUND HEALING BATH & GUIDED MEDITATION experience ✨️
✨️FRIDAY, the 27th February 2026
✨️5.45pm until 7.15pm
✨️In the beautiful Village Hall in INGS LA8 9PY
✨️ £18 per person
✨️ Enjoy a full-body meditative experience as you lie down & listen to the sounds of various instruments, including chakra crystal singing bowls, chimes, gong, shamanic drum and Tibetan bells.
✨️ We will start with a guided meditation before the sound healing bath takes place
✨️ If you can, please bring a mat, cushions, and blankets - so you can completely relax and enjoy.
I also have spare mats, blankets, cushions and a few eye pillows available
