Who needs Valentine’s Day? Self-Love can be cultivated everyday! This special sound experience will be led by Jane Miners and Jodi Petersen, who will guide you through a meditation to connect you to a deep sense of self-support and self-acceptance before and after a nourishing sound bath. Be prepared to relax and give yourself loving support!
Bring a pen and a journal and wear comfortable clothing! Mats and blankets are provided but you may want to bring more pillows or blankets for additional comfort.
