With the holidays, on top of the cold, this can really be a difficult time for some people. Valentine’s Day is now coming up and we realize that some are struggling or may not have anyone to spend it with. So for that reason we’re hosting a “Self love social” for Valentine’s Day weekend and if the event goes well we’d like to possibly continue hosting more of these incorporating different themes in the future.
ANYONE is welcome-as this event is not just limited to women. We want to offer a safe space for those in need of some good vibes✌🏼
The new year brings a sense of mental reset and most importantly, prioritizing self love 💗
So come join us for some good vibes and activities at Rise Nutrition Republic on February 15th from 1-3pm 💌❤️💌
