Join us in welcoming our newest Meditation teacher at EHC, Sabrina Magana, with this Self-love Meditation Workshop!
Description: This workshop involves combining Photography and Guided Meditation to appreciate and see yourself in a positive light. Daigle Media and Libra Within are teaming up to bring SWLA a unique experience where photography is being used to appreciate the outer beauty while guided meditation will help you appreciate and embrace the beauty we all have within us.
The first hour will focus on the outer beauty. Everyone will get their photo taken and once we’ve all gotten to know each other and hyped each other up we’ll follow the class with a relaxing shift to the guided meditation portion. Once everyone slowly wakes their body up from the meditation, we will have a discussion on the experience.
No experience necessary. This workshop is open to anyone!

Business Owner of Libra Within, Freelance Marketer, Aunt, Cat mom, and an advocate for holistic health.
My love for meditation started with my mental health. I knew I needed to take control of my life and be happy with myself so I went back to something I always loved to do when I was a child, dance. Once I started to dance again I started to feel a little better so I expanded my hobbies and that's when I fell in love with meditation. I found peace and self-awareness through meditation and I knew this was something I had to share with others. I started to learn more and more about the yogi lifestyle and that’s when I knew I wanted to teach with a focus on mindfulness. Life is so precious and if I’ve learned anything in my 26 years of living is that life comes with a lot of highs and lows but at the end of the day you will always have all those beautiful little things that life has to offer. A simple smell, a beautiful tree, birds chirping, food, and something as simple as just breathing is a gift and that’s what you hold onto to get you through the lows. Yoga means more to me than just moving my body, it means “Today I’m choosing to live a healthier life so I can enjoy all the little things life has to offer for a little bit longer”.
