Join The Nature's Clay and Mantra Yoga Center in a creative, grounding event with mindful practices, yoga flows, and pottery creations with Tiffany Lowery. 45 minute slow flow followed by working with clay, and then ending with a 15 minute grounding meditation with Sarah. Light lunch, coffee & tea provided. Private shopping with Mantra's Yoga boutique and handcrafted pottery by Nature's Clay available before and after event. Pottery to be picked up at Mantra Yoga Center by end of July. Drop ins not available — 24 hour pre-registration required. Limited spots available. Register today!
