Self Love Friday is a gentle invitation to slow down and return to yourself. In this restorative yoga experience, you' be guided into deeply supported postures designed to calm the nervous system and invite true rest. The practice concludes with an extended savasana accompanied by crystal singing bowls from Beth Rockert, allowing sound to wash through the body and create a sense of ease and spaciousness.Together we will move into a heart-centered self-love meditation-cultivating kindness, compassion, and presence. The evening closes with a small gift ritual, reminding you that receiving is also a form of self-care. No experience is necessary. come as you are. This is your time to rest, soften, and reconnect.
