You are invited to join a very small group to go on a journey of Self Love .
To connect to parts of you that you may be neglecting ,abandoning ,that need awakening?
Heal the saboteur in you ,the self hate ,the bs negative put downs in your head ,about your body ,age and moods within .
Constantly rejecting self and then wondering why you get rejected ??
To heal and sooth the broken heart -in grief or separation .
For no self love ,confidence ,fear ,loneliness .
For those of you that a so flat out with juggling your daily lives .
Stressed ,depressed ,sad ,hurting .
If this sounds like you could do with some understanding ,compassion ,time out and connection back to your self .
Then this may be the little Worth Shop for you ?
You will connect to those parts of you that feel worn down,unloved ,tired and hopefully leave my sanctuary as a Goddess,Empress or a Queen !
This 3 and half hr event will have you loved up with yourself and learning how to honour yourself daily .

10.00-11.00. ‘Lessons and Blessings ‘ a hr of healing those wounded worn out parts of you .
Learning how not to forget about yourself .
💜11.00-11.15 (break )
💜11.15-11.45 a sound activation that will activate your heart space and fill you up with connection back to your majestic gorgeous self .
💜12.00-12.30 .
A beautiful lunch shared among us .
(Hopefully by the open fire ,if no rain on the day .)
For honouring your body and grounding after releasing what no longer can be tolerated or accepted .
