Self Love Cacao Circle

This extremely intimate offering will be an afternoon of self love practices in the safety of sacred sisterhood.

We open our circle with cacao to connect to the heart, continue with yoga to embrace sensuality in the body, and integrate energetically with sound, meditation, and reiki.

Awaken your spirit, nourish your body, and reconnect to your divine energy as we journey together in healing and empowerment.

Wear comfortable clothing that you can move in.

Mats, blankets, pillows and towels are availble if you do not have your own.
